由VIM代理的產品的保修年期如下:

電腦周邊產品 2年
智能攝影機  2年

1. Please keep and present the warranty card and purchase invoice to our technicians during each service, otherwise the warranty service will be invalid.

2. Warranty is valid only within the computer pre-printed warranty period in the front side of the warranty card & the warranty service is invalid if the product is used for commerical nature.

3. For any defext, in the judgment od our technicians, caused under normal usage, we are responsible for repairing and replacing parts free of charge within warranty period ( except accessories and some parts). Any replaced defective parts will become the company’s proprty.

4. The warranty service is not including delivery service. The product should be brought to our service department.

5. The warranty service will be voided under the following conditions:
– abouse, misues, neglect or natual disaster ; modification or repair made other than our technicians; the product serial number has been altered, defaced o removed.

6. The warranty does not cover any damages, installation or upgrade on other third parties equipment or software being used in conjunction with this product.
